INTRODUCTION“It focuses on groups or organizations, rather than individuals, and involves the group in heart, mind, spirit and energy.” [Lorilee,RS and Lela,V..(1995)]. {From this point of view, we can assume that leadership will change from individual-centered to community-centered. Leadership can also transform from a set of curricula into an adapted and developing educational process where it focuses on building good relationships. It means that leadership is a process of social influence, maximizing the efforts of others, towards achieving a goal. Therefore, leadership is important in managing the sustainability of natural resources in Malaysia from damage or demolition in our daily lives. Therefore, in this study there are effective ways in natural resource management that we can improve leaders' characteristics by providing educational opportunities or having leaders interact with management and encouraging the practice of teamwork in natural resource organization. BODILY BACKGROUND Our societies depend on the abilities of our leaders and how well they can do their job in managing their job done very well. A leader is someone who many people look to for direction, guidance and motivation, so it is important that our leaders have the ability or skills to make difficult decisions and know and do what is right for people. unfortunately it's all too rare." A leader can focus on activities that bring him praise and rewards, such as actions that result in growth in the organization rather than making difficult ethical choices. Finally, the leader must use creative decision making to promote better care and a good working environment when managing natural resources. As we have seen from the beginning, building effective leadership in natural resource management is a worthy goal because natural resources, which include forestry, wildlife, and so on, can aid sustainability..
