It is flawed in the sense that it underestimates the similarities and overestimates the differences between cultures which demonstrate that there is a universal standard for ethics among all human beings when we understand the context and moral rules that I am consistent across all cultures. We are all capable of judging other people's cultures and our own cultures because that is how moral progress is achieved. If there is moral progress and a universal ethical standard, cultural relativism cannot do it
