Introduction According to Lao Tzu, human life is the practice of the laws of naturalism or the Way, as opposed to the rules that culture finds. In other words, Lao Tzu states that language is an artificial belief that should be false because it does not embody the naturalistic goal towards the Tao. Furthermore, he suggests that the Tao Te Ching focuses more on philosophy than religion, as the Tao reveals the essence of nature and has little to do with God and rituals. One of his theoretical explanations regarding the Tao is the concept of Yin and Yang. Use Yin as female to mean passive and patient while Yang as male to mean action and stubbornness. Both are opposite to each other and interdependent (Kuo 2004, 31). Lao Tzu considers women to be the mothers of all things. Furthermore, it proposes that males are characterized as superior and dominant, and as a result, society does not value female teachings regarding humanism (Kuo, 2004, p.35). With this in mind, the Tao Te Ching gives rise to the virtue of feminine principles. This vision of the Tao teaches the principles of philosophy; furthermore, it regulates the natural balance of the universe (Le Guin 2009, 126). The purpose of this essay is to justify the reasoning of feminist philosophy of science based on the view that Tao exalts practices of female superiority over male. Explanation One of his passages, The Mysterious Female, emphasizes the vision of feminine virtues. In this passage he proclaims that the Tao is the feminine. He uses the valley to express the woman and the door to express the womb of the woman (Legge, 1994). The passage indicates that in a woman's womb there is an embryo. To put it another way, the female is the… center of the paper… the essay provides understanding of the feminist principles of science, namely focusing on the Yin symbol, as well as focusing on the symbolism and articulation of the philosophical content of the Tao. The passages provide a significant indication that feminism is, ultimately, an essential and key component of the Path. It also indicates that the feminine is the supreme, the creation of the Tao. Although Yang is necessary for the involvement of nature and balance; does not support nature creation and balance. Additionally, the Tao focuses on the idea that a weakness represents a strong strength. In other words, water, although weak, is ultimately strong because it can triumph over rocks. This symbolic explanation supports an understanding of the representation of female strength. Accordingly, the Tao practices on the principles of female enlightenment of philosophy.
