Topic > The unlimited changes in globalization and design engineering

The unlimited changes in globalization and design engineering have made the role of an industrial engineer essential. In this rapidly proliferating community, it is my desire to be a part of it. I believe that a Master's in Industrial Engineering is a global platform for me to discover current practices, growing challenges and advanced knowledge that will help me acquire a global career in my field and enable me to contribute effectively with global solutions. My strong academic credentials and a keen interest in industrial research motivated me to opt for an Industrial Engineering course. I am also convinced that this is indeed my field of calling and have narrowed down my areas of interest to supply chain management and product development. This field has become increasingly ubiquitous in the sense that it exists in transportation, manufacturing, healthcare, etc. Say no to plagiarism. One example is the use of plastic syrup bottles, which do not break easily and were once made of glass. My natural interest and acumen towards mathematics since childhood have added to my expertise in manufacturing engineering and are the skills that will help me in performing complex calculations in a course like Industrial Engineering. I understood and understood how to do things better and I understood the need for greater efficiency and approach to tasks, a method applicable to every area of life. I strongly wish to use this efficient and innovative approach to contribute to this field by creating cutting-edge methods for developing engineering applications in industrial sectors. This belief has evolved over time. In early childhood, my father's work in the TVS Sundaram fasteners business helped me understand the basic knowledge of production and fabrication. I enjoyed analyzing and comparing the functioning of bolts and nuts of different makes and brands, unaware of what was happening around. An implicit interest since my school days has fascinated me with this technology, its involved working principles and other related systems. My thirst for knowledge has been increasing, which has led me to choose manufacturing engineering as my major field of study, which I most desire. Choosing science as a major subject in pre-university college provided me with a solid foundation in physics, which plays a vital role in a university curriculum. Furthermore, by distinguishing myself at the undergraduate level, I was able to get an admission into the Production Engineering Department at Vellammal Engineering, affiliated to Anna University, Chennai, India, one of the most prestigious institutions in India. In my UG studies, I learned subjects such as industrial management, production and manufacturing engineering, operations management and quality control. I have completed courses in AutoCAD, Catia, Solid Works, Creo and Ansys, which are necessary foundations of the design and development fields. One of my first contacts with industrial engineering approaches was when I designed and fabricated a sheet metal punch. It introduced me to essential concepts and best practices such as reducing downtime, costs, improving operational effectiveness and making the best use of available resources. This knowledge helped me devise a model that simultaneously increases the efficiency and precision of the machine. I havecompleted a major project on the analysis of on-site leaks and defects in the welding of boiler manifolds, which helps improve mechanical properties. I carried out numerous experiments and optimized the best combinations of parameters required for effective improvement of the desired properties and in the process understood the engineering behind producing an efficient product with better applications. I gradually honed my skills in product design and development, which I believe are key necessities in this field. I have completed my industrial training in TVS SundaramFasteners limited, Ashok Leyland limited, Rane-Madras limited India and have gained hands-on experience in manufacturing processes and knowledge of how a plant works from the initial stage of sourcing raw materials to dispatch of official components . I perceived the importance of effective industrial communication for healthy coordination of work, which ultimately results in comprehensive quality product development. Additionally, I attended a workshop on Supply Chain Management at GA Menon Academy Training and also Kerala Microsoft Users Group workshop on Artificial Intelligence and Digital Future. All the practical experiences opened my eyes to various aspects such as lean manufacturing, process and production planning, quality control activities, inventory, supply chain and shop engineering. This exposure led me to broaden my horizons in Industrial Engineering and its techniques, while also strengthening my interest in pursuing a master's degree in this particular subject. After graduating, I felt that I should get some practical experience before pursuing higher studies and decided to take up a job. The ever-increasing role of automation in technology development can be achieved effectively and I had the opportunity to work as a software engineer at UST Global PrivateLimited. Providing technical development within a time limit has added to my knowledge of data analytics, customer relations and quality. Business user management, functional and technical problem solving, adequate resources, technical negotiation, time estimation, cost control further increased my organizational management skills. I have received numerous awards and appreciation from a client for my project. My experience has provided me with valuable technical knowledge and experience that will be of great use in my future technical and management work. Participation in numerous festivals and technical conferences brought me face to face - dealing with the state of the art of the techniques and technologies used and proposed. I have worked as an organizing committee member with Fornya (national level symposium) at Velammal Engineering College and also organized and participated in various technical and sports events which enabled me to cultivate my interpersonal communication skills, leadership qualities and spirit of team. I received the Quality Circle winner award from Lakshmi Vidya Sangam. In addition to my academic studies, I have a passion for table tennis, which has greatly enhanced my mental and physical strength and helped me sharpen my decision-making skills. I love doing what I can for people and during my studies I participated as a volunteer with Bhumi, an NGO in most of the social activities of my college. My primary goal in pursuing an MS program is to gain an in-depth understanding of fundamental theory, hardware components, simulation and programming tools, and practical applications of industrial engineering principles. I will also gain advanced knowledge that comes.
